1.1: Fixed effect disappear, HP UI issue

This update fixed some issues:

- fixed the effect will disappear on the monster spawning in frenzy waves.

- fixed the HP UI showing issues.

- Fixed some monster collision detection to more reasonable.

- fixed minor bugs.

- Complete credit list.
